WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE FOR MY SPICES OR HERBS? The good
news is that dried herbs and spices don't go bad!  They do have to be
stored properly, and over time they will lose their potency though.  
Please keep them in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight.  Do
not freeze them and avoid keeping them in areas where temperatures
fluctuate (like the back of the stove!) to avoid condensation and
possible molding.  If your dried herb or spice still has its fragrance it
should be good!  We like to see our products used within a year of
purchase for the best flavor.  If you are concerned about how old your
product is, feel free to call us with the lot number which is located on
the inside of the circle packaging and we can tell you exactly when the
blend was put up.
