We offer two fundraising options for your school, organization, or church:
You may elect to estimate what your group or booth could sell, and purchase
these products at wholesale pricing (in dozen quantities only). With this option,
you are able to set your own pricing and if you do not sell every item you are
then able to extend your fundraising if needed (no returns allowed).
The other option is the traditional type of fundraiser with guidelines as follows:
1. The organization's individual participants take our order sheet to family
and friends to obtain orders; participants’ customers may view our products on-
line at www.lambsandthyme.com.
2. Individual Participants' cash/checks are made payable to your
organization.
3. The organizational fundraiser leader will then tally all individual
participants’ orders and submit them on our Final Tally Sheet along with FULL
payment.

4. Terms: Visa/MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Pre-Paid Check.
5. Lead Time: Expect 2-3 weeks Process Time for large organizations.
6. Shipping: FedEx or Priority Mail (call for shipping quote, if desired). To
estimate shipping time, consider that we are located in Northfield, MA. Local
Groups: Consider picking up your products at our office to avoid shipping costs
from infringing upon your fundraiser earnings.
7. Your 45% REBATE of your order's grand total less any shipping charges
will be processed once you have inspected your order for any discrepancies
and have distributed it amongst your fundraiser participants.
8. Any Quantity Discounts apply as long as the participant’s total circles or
cookie cutter circles are in multiples of four.
9. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ALLOWED ONCE
YOUR REBATE CHECK IS ISSUED.
